Hair grows in stages. Most people need six to 12 sessions of

Your iLIFE laser hair removal specialist will explain the process to you before you get started. Please arrive with your hair shaved at the treatment site. This step is necessary because dark pigment attracts the laser beam and we want to treat the hair root only. They will apply a topical anesthetic cream or ice to the area to ensure total comfort during your treatment. Next, they will pulse the handheld laser wand over the area, working in small sections at a time. You may feel a sensation of warmth or a quick rubber band snap as the device works over your skin. The process takes anywhere from 15 minutes to two hours depending on the size and number of areas treated.
